4/5/2020 0 Comments Day 9: Celebrate the ProcessNamaste Yogis! It's day 9 and the beginning of week 2. As we go further into the yoga and well-being practice, we are invited to ask: where am I strong? What feels good? What do I want to let go of, or do less of? For what am I grateful and what would I like to bring more of into my life? As Adriene says in her session, it is a great time of inquiry. One of my favorite things about yoga is the idea that we can always shift, adjust, go deeper, learn more. The yoga mat is the place where we get to always "practice." There is no competition, no pressure to "do it right;" just an invitation to show up, tune in, and take care of ourselves. Come as you are, because that is exactly who you should be. Enjoy your practice! Erin
3/5/2020 1 Comment Day 8: Letting GoWe are on day 8! Well done. By now you may be seeing and feeling some physical differences. Keep up the great work! Sunday is a great day to rest and reflect, so the first offering in today's collection is a gentle meditation flow. If you want something more intensive, I have provided the Seane Corn session. If you are curious about the history and benefits of yoga, visit the Breathe session for access to an excerpt from a documentary that outlines the benefits of yoga. Enjoy your practice!

28/4/2020 0 Comments Day 4: ActivateWelcome to day 4! New habits can be hard to establish; so many things can easily get in the way. A new practice requires commitment and discipline, and a willingness to move through the discomfort. You are worth the effort. Do this for yourself, give yourself the chance to build a new habit- a commitment to your own well-being. You can do this. I can do this. We can do this together. Today I am providing the Yoga with Adriene session along with a brief tutorial on downward dog, (Adho Mukha Svanasana) a posture that looks so simple, yet just the smallest of tweaks can make such a difference in the benefits we reap from the Asana, or posture. The third session provided is one for stretching your back. If you are working from home, you are likely straining your neck and back a bit. Let's send some love to those parts! Head over to the Thrive page for an invitation to a writing assignment. Well done on committing to your own health and well-being! Erin
