A new practice requires commitment and discipline, and a willingness to move through the discomfort. You are worth the effort. Do this for yourself, give yourself the chance to build a new habit- a commitment to your own well-being. You can do this. I can do this. We can do this together. Today I am providing the Yoga with Adriene session along with a brief tutorial on downward dog, (Adho Mukha Svanasana) a posture that looks so simple, yet just the smallest of tweaks can make such a difference in the benefits we reap from the Asana, or posture.
